Preparation:
Put water on to boil in a medium- size pot approximately half full and add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt. When it’s almost boiling, put the macaroni in, cooking them for 10 minutes, then drain and run them under cold water. Set aside. In another pot, melt the margarine and fry the onion and the strips of bell pepper, adding the pepper and the Tuna. Add the macaroni and the celery, covering the pot and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Take off heat and serve.
