Tonnino Tuna Ventresca in olive oil
Tuna ventresca is the crème de la crème of Tonnino Gourmet Tuna. Imagine an extremely smooth, soft strip of tuna hand filleted from a small section of the underbelly of the tuna and hand-packed in its natural form. This is the ventresca. This fabulous delicacy is prepared in limited quantities by a small number of specialist tuna processing companies and now offered under the Tonnino line.
Ingredients: tuna fish fillets, olive oil and salt.
