Preparation:
Sautee the onions, garlic, and ginger in olive oil. Add the coconut milk and peanut butter, and whisk until dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes, and then add soy sauce, fish sauce, half the sesame oil, chopped habanero pepper, honey, and herbs. Let simmer for 10 minutes, add 1 spoon full of lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. For the noodles, boil until cooked, and then drain. Season with the remaining sesame oil and lime juice, and serve under the tuna. |
