TOASTS WITH VENTRESCAS

Ingredients

1 Tonnino tuna ventresca in olive oil

4 tablespoons of mustard 

Preparation

Place the toast on a plate and spread it with mustard, place the ventrescas on top and sprinkle the minced parsley over them.

Serve immediately
