Preparation: Cut the tomato in slices, sautee the spinach in Rosemary-infused olive oil* for about 1 minute. To serve, preheat the pita bread for 30 seconds in broiler, top with spinach, tomato, tuna, and cheese, and place in the broiler for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
*Rosemary-infused: Place a bunch of fresh rosemary inside your favorite olive oil for a few days
