ORIENTAL TUNA BURGERS

Ingredients:
2 units of Hamburger Bread or Iceberg Lettuce
1 can of Chick peas
1 tbsp of Bread crumbs
2 tbsp of ginger
1 jar of Toninno Tuna with Garlic
1 ounce of soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of garlic
2 tbsp corn flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
30 grams of butter |

Preparation:
In a blender, puree the chick peas with a little bit of thei juice, add salt, pepper, and ginger. Once out of the blender, carefully incorporate the tuna, and add texture with the bread crumbs and the flour, until manageable. Make the patties, grill them and drizzle constantly with the soy, honey, garlic, and melted butter mixture.
