FILLETS IN GARLIC SAUCE
Ingredients
1 bag of spaghetti (angel hair type)
¼ of a margarine bar
1 medium sized can of cherry tomatoes
1 medium sized can of asparagus
1 bunch of cilantro minced
1 onion thinly chopped
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Preparation
Cook the pasta with enough salted water, drain.
Melt the margarine on a frying pan and add the pasta, salt and pepper to taste, on a separate pan fry the onion.
Place the pasta in the form of a nest on a plate and add the asparagus and the cherry tomatoes sliced in half; place the drained tuna fillets on top of the pasta; having done that, sprinkle the onion -dully fried-, and the finely chopped cilantro over the preparation.
Serve hot as soon as the preparation is finished.
